The estate is located in the community Müllheim (Markgräflerland area) in the German wine-growing region to bathe, The story goes back to the year 1411. Today it is run by Hermann Dörflinger. He was one of the first to produce fermented wines in Baden. The vineyards cover 20 hectares of vineyards in the layers Pfaffenstück, Reggenhag and Sonnhalde (Müllheim), as well Römerberg (Sorry). They are planted to 70% with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Chasselas, Silvaner, Nobling and Müller-Thurgau, and to 30% with Spätburgunder. The residual sugar is noted on the label. Every year, 130,000 bottles of wine are produced.
