The white grape variety comes from Italy, Synonyms are Malfiore, Parlano, Uva delle Vecchie and Uva Dolce. The parentage is unknown. The medium to late ripening vine is grown almost exclusively in the Perugia region Umbria grown. The acreage in 2010 was 11 hectares (Kym Anderson ).
