Doux Noir

The red grape variety is a new variety, but the parentage is unknown. Synonyms or breeding numbers are Galibert 294-33 and Galibert Coulondre 294-33. The cross was made in France by the two breeders Alfred Galibert and Eric Coulondre. Doux Noir is also a synonym for the grape variety Cot. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
