The estate is located in the municipality of Mülheim (Bernkastel area) in the German wine-growing region Moselle, The traditional company has been family-owned for over 250 years. Until 1967, the two wineries Conrad Schmidt and Friedrich Herrmann in Mülheim and Brauneberg were managed separately. Today's winery Dr. Leimbrock - C. Schmidt was then born in 1967 by Friedhelm Leimbrock and Lore Leimbrock. Schmidt, summarized from the companies of her ancestors.
