Dubois Fils

The winery in the municipality of Epesses in the Swiss canton Vaud was founded by Oscar Dubois in 1927. Today it is run by Gaston Dubois and his son Jean-Daniel. The vineyards with ten hectares of vineyards are mainly divided into the two domains Tour de Marsens and Les Coteaux du Partage. 80% of them are planted with Chasselas, the rest with Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Charmont, Riesling-Sylvaner (Müller-Thurgau) and Sauvignon Blanc. The house 's premium wines are the white wines "Dézaley Marsens" and "La Demoiselle" (Chasselas) made from Chasselas. Around 120,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. Another branch of the family runs the winery Les Frères Dubois,
