The estate is located in Gevrey-Chambertin in the Burgundian area Côte de Nuits ( Cote d'Or ). It is owned by Claude Dugat. The vineyards cover 3.5 hectares of vineyards in Grands Crus (Charmes Chambertin, Griotte-Chambertin) and Premiers Crus. It will be with Whole cluster fermentation without pure yeasts, long mash stands, as well as without filtration vinified. The expansion takes place in new barriques. The red wine Griotte-Chambertin 1993 was created by the US wine critic Robert Parker rated with 100 points.
