The white grape variety (also Dunajski Lazur) is an interspecific new variety between Villard Blanc x Rkatsiteli. It contains genes from Vitis berlandieri, Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in 1964 in Bulgaria by the breeders V. Vulchev, Y. Ivanov and G. Petkov. It is used as wine grape and table grape. In 2016, a stock of 483 hectares was reported in Russia (statistics Kym Anderson).
