, The traditional family business has been wine-growing here since 1603. On Winery
and a wine shop are connected. The business is run by Bernhard Ecker and family. The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Halterberg, Hundsberg, Mordtal, Schlossberg, Steinberg, Wagram and Waasen. They are 70% planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, Roter Veltliner and Frühroter Veltliner
, and 30% with the red varieties Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Blauburgunder. It becomes natural viticulture with, for example, promotion of beneficials
practiced. Quality criteria reducing the yield in the vineyard are appropriate foliage work, thin out
and selective hand picking in several runs. The winemaking is carried out gently with chilled and slow fermentation in steel tanks and wood. Specialty is the Green Veltliner in several variants. Other premium wines are "Weißburgunder Premium" and the red wine blend "Donatus" (St. Laurent, Blauburgunder). Bottle-fermented sparkling wine is also produced.
