, A guest house is connected. It is managed by the fourth generation of families by Franz-Josef Eifel. The vineyards cover almost five hectares of vineyards in the top locations Altärchen

(Neumagen). They are mainly planted with Riesling (96%) and some Pinot Blanc (4%). The harvest is always carried out by hand in up to three rounds. After a whole grape pressing, a cool and long fermentation takes place with partly own yeasts, which lasts up to three months with dry wines.
