The white grape variety is an interspecific new breed between Armlong x Malaga, They are genes from Vitis aestivalis. Vitis labrusca and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid was done in 1902 by the American botanist Thomas Volney Munson (1843-1913). The high-yielding variety is mainly found in Kansas as well as in other states in the central south of the United States cultured. It produces colorful white wines.
