Elsinoe ampelina

Pathogen (fungus) of the grapevine disease anthracnose; see there.

This rather rare vine disease is caused by the fungus Elsinoe ampelina. The symptoms are grey spots with a black centre on the shoots, deeply sunken into the bark.
