The "Eminger's Weine" winery is located in the commune of Niedersulz in the east of the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Weinviertel
, The family has been here for generations, and today the property is managed by Ing. Wilhelm Eminger. In addition to viticulture, fruit growing (apples) is also carried out. The vineyards cover 12 hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Baumleiten, Breiten, Gossendorf and Steinbergen. Two thirds of them are planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Rivaner, and one third with the red varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger and Cabernet Sauvignon. worked. The newly built winery allows particularly gentle processing of the grapes. The premium wines include Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel, Grüner Veltliner Baumleiten Exclusive, Sauvignon Blanc Baumleiten Exclusive, Zweigelt Classic and Zweigelt Barrique. Distillates (grain and fruit brandies) and bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced.
