single vineyard in the municipality of Boppard in the German wine-growing region of the Middle Rhine. It is part of the Bopparder Hamm vineyard, which is also a district of Boppard with the same name. The southeast-facing vineyard with a 65% slope covers 14 hectares of vines on clay slate weathered soil. The Riesling variety is the main variety cultivated here. The Didinger, Heilig Grab, Königshof, Perll August and Toni Lorenz wineries, for example, have shares in the site.
For my many years of work as an editor with a wine and culinary focus, I always like to inform myself about special questions at Wine lexicon. Spontaneous reading and following links often leads to exciting discoveries in the wide world of wine.
