), Elisenberg and Kirchberg (Veldenz), as well as Elisenberg and Sonnenlay
(Mülheim). They are mainly planted with Riesling, and Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. Quality criteria in the vineyard are low start, targeted thin out
and late, selective hand picking from October to November. After gentle pressing, a cool and slow fermentation takes place in a classic wooden barrel or in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by a long storage on the lees until the spring of next year. In weather-appropriate years and ice wines are pressed. It also produces brandies (pomace) and fruit liqueurs.
