Red wine and rosé are made from Carignan Noir ( mazuelo ) Cinsault, Grenache Noir ( Garnacha Tinta ), Lladoner Pelut ( Garnacha Peluda ), Mourvèdre ( Monastrell ) and Syrah blended. The white wine is made from Grenache Blanc ( Garnacha Blanca ) Marsanne. Roussanne and role ( Vermentino ), as Bourboulenc. Carignan Blanc. Clairette Blanche and Macabeo generated. Of the Eau-de-vie Fine Faugères is also classified as AOC. Well-known producers are Domaine Alquier, Domaine Léon Barral. Domaine de Cébène Château de Estanilles, Château de Grézan, CV de Laurens, Château la Liquière, Maurel Vedeau, Domaine du Météore and Domaine Ollier-Taillefer.
