The Eau-de-vie Fine Faugères is also classified as AOC. Well-known producers are Domaine Alquier, Domaine Leon Barral. Domaine de Cébène, Château de Estanilles, Château de Grézan, CV de Laurens, Château la Liquière, Maurel Vedeau, Domaine du Météore and Domaine Ollier-Taillefer.
