Fiacre

Common name in Austria for a black coffee with a dash of high-proof spirit plus whipped cream (cream) and sugar at will. According to the recipe of the famous Viennese coffee house Landtmann, this is cherry water (hence "coffee cherry"), according to another recipe cognac (Brandy) or rum. The name of the coffee drink is derived from the well-known Viennese horse-drawn carriages, because it was said that the fiacs liked to drink it between two trips.
