Fiacre

In Austria common name for a black coffee with a dash of high-spirits plus whipped cream (cream) and sugar at will. According to the recipe of the famous Viennese coffee house Landtmann this is Kirschwasser (therefore also "coffee cherry"), according to other recipe cognac (Brandy) or rum. The name of the coffee drink is derived from the well-known Viennese horse-drawn carriage, because it was allegedly drunk by the drivers with two carriages.
