The white grape variety (also Fresno 18-94) is an extremely complex new variety. Involved were the varieties Calmeria, Cardinal, Molinera, Muscat d'Alexandrie, Tifafihi Ahmer and Thompson Seedless(Sultana). The crossing was done in 1973 in the USA by the breeder John H. Weinberger. The variety is mainly used as table grape. In 2010, 230 hectares were registered in Mexico (Kym Anderson).
