fire tongs punch

Probably the most famous punch the world (even before the 1944 film with Heinz Rühmann). For the production you need: 2 bottles red wine, 1 bottle of high percentage rum, 4th cloves, the juice of 2 oranges, orange peel and one Sugarloaf with about 300 grams. Orange juice and red wine are heated in a kettle and then the cloves and orange peel are added. The sugar loaf is hung on the tongs across the cauldron, poured over with the rum and lit. The rum has to be poured again and again until the sugar loaf has completely melted. The drink is preheated punch glasses served. See also under wine mixed drinks and wine-based drinks,
