Flot d'Or

The white grape variety is an interspecific new breed between Couderc 28-112 (Bayard) x Dattier de Beyrouth ( Afus Ali ). Chasselas Flot d'Or and Seibel 2653 are synonymous. They are genes from Vitis labrusca. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid was done by the French breeder Albert Seibel (1844-1936). It is also called table grape used. No holdings were reported in 2010 (Kym Anderson ).
