Flying Winemakers

A term created by an English wine dealer in the late 1980s in the wine world for consultant, This dedicated Australian winery technician for French cooperatives to join the vintage and especially with the winemaking help. During the reading period in northern Europe, the specialists in the southern hemisphere are not very busy, and people took advantage of that. This was very successful and the "flying winemakers" mostly made up Australia originate or have been trained there have become an international term.
