The estate is located in the municipality of Bad Friedrichshall (Württembergisch Unterland area) in the German wine-growing region Wuerttemberg
, The former purely agricultural business was founded in 1993 with the construction of a building for own wine production. A wine bar is connected. The company is owned by Andreas Friedauer. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in a single location Scheuerberg
(Neckarsulm), as well as plots recultivated in 1992 in the municipality of Kochendorf in the former single location Fundelweinberg. They are planted with the red varieties Lemberger, Trollinger, Pinot Noir, Black Riesling, Regent, Velvet Red and Dornfelder as well as with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Müller-Thurgau. It is practiced near-natural, environmentally friendly viticulture with promotion of beneficial organisms and airy inventory management. The wines are carefully grown using modern technology and old tradition. Filtration and unnecessary pumping with the aim of aromatic wines are avoided as much as possible. The premium wines are produced under the two names Neckarsulmer Scheuerberg and Kochendorf from areas with steep yields of 40 to 50 kg / ha, which are greatly reduced in yield.
