Common name in Austria (dialect Fiata, Firta or Fürta) for the blue apron of the winegrower, which is mainly made of fabric. The garment is tied in front of the stomach and sometimes the chest to protect the clothing (shirt, pants) from dirt. Depending on the intended use, such aprons can also be made from other materials such as rubber or leather. In Germany, this apron is also called pre-tie or pin.
