Gānbēi

A toast common in China and Taiwan that means "dry (emptied) glass" (the Japanese version is Kampai). But this also means the custom of ex-drinking with a train, which is (still) practiced in China when drinking wine. See other countries under toasts and also under intoxication and wine enjoyment.
