The winery is located in the municipality of Feldthurns in the Eisack Valley in the Italian wine-growing region of South Tyrol ( Trentino-South Tyrol region). The former grape supplier has been producing and marketing itself since the 2003 vintage. The farm is run by Christian and Veronika Kerschbaumer, who are supported by their parents. The vineyards cover 4.2 hectares of vines. Only grapes from their own production are processed, 92% of which are the white wine varieties Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio and Gewürztraminer, and 8% the red wine variety Pinot Nero. Since 1999, the vineyards have been cultivated organically according to the rules of Bioland. The wines are fermented spontaneously and matured mainly in large wooden barrels made of acacia and oak. The product range includes, among others, various wines from the DOC areas Eisacktaler (Valle Isarco) and Südtiroler. Around 30,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. The winery is also a member of Freie Weinbauern Südtirol.
