There are the names Geißdutte ( Marocain Noir and Maroc Gros ), Red Geißdutte, Violet blue Geißdutte ( Coarnă Rosie ), Fake Geißdutte ( Blue Augster ) and White Geißdutte ( Pukhliakovsky and Tigvoasa ). Other common homonyms / synonyms of these varieties are Black Marocco and damascene,
in the VIVC catalog is an independent variety White Geisdutte (see picture) with 65 synonyms led; some of them are Assyrian White, Barbarian, Beli Zezek, False Geisdutte, Kozjak Beli, Ordinary Geisdutte, Portuguese Butcher's Grape, Crustaceae, Raisin d'Afrique, Late White Geisdutte, White Moroccan, White Turkish Zibebe and White Portuguese. The parentage is unknown. It is about a table grape, In the vine museum of the winery Leth Franz (Fels am Wagram, Lower Austria) are a few sticks of a variety Geißdutte. It is not known which variety it is.
