, Attached are a guest house and a tavern. The vineyards cover six hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Deutsch-Haseldorf, Hochwarth and Klöcherberg. They are the white varieties Roter Traminer, Gelber Traminer, Gewürztraminer (the three Traminer varieties occupy a total of 45% of the total), Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Rhine Riesling, Yellow Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Morillon (Chardonnay), Scheurebe and Müller-Thurgau, and the red variety Blauer Zweigelt planted. Special emphasis is placed on the grape selection during the grape harvest. The wines are vinified with high varietal characteristics. Josef Nell is an absolute Traminerspezialist and is particularly dedicated to the three varieties of this volcanic soil particularly well-growing grape. The premium wines often include highly awarded "Klöcher Traminer" in different versions and the Cuvée Eruption (Pinot Blanc, Morillon). Every year around 40,000 bottles of wine are produced. It also produces brandies.
