, A guest house and a tavern are connected. The vineyards cover six hectares of vineyards in the vineyards of Deutsch-Haseldorf, Hochwarth and Klöcherberg. They are with the white varieties Roter Traminer, Gelber Traminer, Gewürztraminer (the three Traminer varieties occupy a total of 45% of the total area), Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Rheinriesling, Gelber Muskateller, Weißburgunder, Morillon (Chardonnay), Scheurebe and Müller-Thurgau, as well of the red wine variety Blauer Zweigelt planted. Particular emphasis is placed on grape selection during the harvest. The wines are vinified with high variety characteristics. Josef Nell is an absolute tramin specialist and is particularly devoted to the three varieties of this grape variety, which thrives particularly well on volcanic soils. The premium wines often include the award-winning "Klöcher Traminer" in various versions and the cuvée eruption (Pinot Blanc, Morillon). Around 40,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. Fine brandies are also produced.
