, A guest house is connected. The company is run by Albrecht and Maria Gietzen. The vineyards cover two hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Burg Bischofstein, Kirchberg
(Hatzenport). They are planted with the grape varieties Riesling (85%), Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Quality criteria are selective, late harvest, gentle pressing, site-specific vinification and careful development of wines in the cellar with slow fermentation and long storage on the lees, In the case of dry and semi-dry wines, the use of the predicate names is dispensed with. For the sweet-sweet and noble sweet wines the predicates are used from late harvest upwards. The best wines are marked with a gold capsule.
