The Bianco is out Trebbiano Toscano (50-70%), as well as other approved varieties (30-50%). The Rosso and Rosato wine types are made from the Primitivo varieties Tribidrag (50-60%), Montepulciano and or Negroamaro and or Sangiovese (max. 40-50%), as well as Malvasia Nera Malvasia Nera di Brindisi (max. 10%) blended. The red wine Aleatico Dolce (also as Riserva and Liquoroso ) is made Aleatico (85%) and the varieties Nagroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Primitivo (max. 15%). The red wine Primitivo (also called Riserva) is made from 100% of this variety.
