The winery is located in the municipality of Tadten in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). The winery is run by Robert and Birgit Goldenits. The vineyards cover 20 hectares of vineyards in the middle of the Großlage Heideboden. They are 25% planted with the white wine varieties Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc, and 75% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Grapes are also purchased from contract winegrowers who produce according to predefined criteria. The white wines are almost entirely vinified in stainless steel, where they are stored on the fine lees for up to three months. The red wines are matured classically in French barriques and partly also in large wooden barrels. Premium wines are the red wine cuvées "Tetuna" = old name for Tadten (Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, CS), "Mephisto" (Syrah, Merlot, CS) and Chardonnay, which are matured in barriques. In years with suitable weather conditions, sweet Prädikat wines are also pressed.
