Grape

bunch of grapes, cluster (GB)
raisin (F)
uva, grappolo (I)

Popular name for the grape. Botanically, however, the term grape is used to describe a plant inflorescence with stalked individual flowers on a main axis. The correct botanical name for the inflorescence of the grape is panicle due to a different shape. See also under flower, grape variety and vine.

Rispe (Weintraube), Schirmrispe, Traube
