The white grape variety originates from Italy. Synonyms are Aregu Biancu, Aregu Seulu, Cannamelu, Granaccia, Granatza, Guarnaccia, Uva Bianca, Vernaccia di Santa Rosalia and Vernaccia S. Rosalia. The parentage (parentage) is unknown. It is a parent of the Doronadu variety. Confusingly, Guarnaccia Bianca is also a synonym for the grape variety Coda di Volpe Bianca. In addition, there is also an independent variety called Guarnaccia. In 2016, no stocks were reported under the names Guarnaccia and Guarnaccia Bianca (Kym Anderson statistics).
