Guerila

Producer description of "Guerila / Petrič"
The winery is located in the municipality of Planina (Postojna) in the Vipavska Dolina area (Primorska region) in Slovenia. It is managed by Zmago Petrič. The vineyards cover ten hectares of vineyard area. They are planted with the white wine varieties Pinela(Pinella), Zelen, Ribola Bijela(Ribolla Gialla), Malvazija Istarska, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, and the red wine varieties Merlot and Barbera. Depending on the type of wine, the wines are aged in steel tanks, large wooden barrels or in barriques. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced. The winery is a member of the Family Estate Slovenia Association.
