Guillemot

The white grape variety originates from France. Synonyms are Bougaou, Coe de Bacco, Coe de Baque, Coe de Baque a Ygos, Coer de Bacco, Coue de Bacho, Gouboil and Mourejales. According to DNA analysis carried out in 2013, it is a probable natural cross between Manseng Noir x Verjus Blanc. However, this is based on only 20 DNA markers (see Molecular genetics for details). No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
