Gum arabic

Of the resinous Fabric (including gum arabic, Kordofangummi, Senegalgummi) is obtained from the sap of various acacia. It is a natural polysaccharide (polysaccharide). For food, it is used as a thickening agent, emulsifier (eg for mixing oil and water) and as a stabilizer. In the winemaking Gum arabic is called so-called complexing used.
