The business "Weinbau und Heurigenschank Familie Habacht" is located in the municipality of Guntramsdorf (Lower Austria). The wine tavern was founded in 1986 by Maria Marx and then taken over in 2011 by her daughter Elisabeth Gausterer (qualified sommelier) and her husband Markus Habacht (winemaker). Subsequently, some innovations were made such as the construction of a winter garden in white vintage style and a conversion to barrier-free access in 2016. There are three wineries, some of which supply their wines to the Heurigenbetrieb.

The Habacht family's winery in Rupperthal in the Wagram wine-growing region, which has existed since the 1970s, was founded by Anton Habacht. Part of it was taken over by Karl Habacht in 1995. The vineyards cover one hectare in the Mordthal and Steinberg vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Sämling 88 (Scheurebe) and Riesling, as well as the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Blauburger.

A farm in Guntramsdorf in the winegrowing region Thermenregion, which was run by Maria and Robert Gausterer from 1974 to 1983, was divided into two farms "Weinbau Robert Gausterer sen" and "Weinbau Maria Marx" in 1983. In 1999 Robert Gausterer jun. (brother of Elisabeth Habacht) took over the wine production of his mother Maria Marx. Since 2002, the winery has been operating under the name "GAMA" (GAusterer MArx). The farm is the main supplier of the Habacht wine tavern. The vineyards cover 30 hectares in the Eichkogel, Himmelstiege, Kammering and Steinfeld vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Neuburger, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Zierfandler and Rotgipfler, as well as the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir.

In 2011, Robert Gausterer sen. took over the rest of the vineyard in Guntramsdorf (Thermenregion). Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated on 1.5 hectares of vineyards.

Some of the wines are fermented spontaneously with the vineyard's own yeasts (Grüner Veltliner). Depending on the type of wine, the wines are matured in stainless steel tanks, in large wooden bar rels or in barriques. The flagship of the house is the red wine cuvee "Fabian Reserve". The wine is blended from Zweigelt and Blauburger from Wagram as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Thermenregion and matures in French barriques. Other premium wines are Grüner Veltliner No. 1 (12.5%, most drunk wine in the Heurigen restaurant) and Grüner Veltliner No. 2 (reserve with 3 to 4 months of bâtonnage or yeast sediment storage, 14% alcohol) from the Wagram and from the Thermenregion "Weißburgunder Himmelstiege". Orange Wine (Chardonnay), various Frizzante (sparkling wines in white and rosé) and noble brandies (marc and Portugieser brandy matured in French oak) are also produced.
