The estate is located in the municipality of Hohenwarth in the Lower Austrian wine region Weinviertel
, It is run since 2003 by Fritz and Daniela Hagenbüchl. The vineyards include vineyards in the vineyards Hochstrass, Laaer Berg, Neubirg and Rindersberg. They are planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner
, Müller-Thurgau and Chardonnay, as well as with the red varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger and Blauer Portugieser. It is practiced consistently close to nature, environmentally friendly viticulture. Quality criteria are targeted leaf work, thin out
for the purpose of yield reduction and the "100 berry test" to determine the ideal reading time. The grapes are processed separately according to varieties and vineyards. The white wines are fermented refrigerated to preserve the bouquet of the grapes. The blue grapes are matured after the traditional mash fermentation to fruity red wines. For example, the premium wines include Weinviertel DAC Laaer Berg (Grüner Veltliner), Roter Veltliner Laaer Berg and the red wine cuvée "Pathos" (Zweigelt, Blauburger). It also produces grape juice, sparkling wine and red wine liqueur. The winery is a member of the vintners' association Weingüter Weinviertel.
