The vineyards of Josef Haart were marked with yellow topped piles (piles at each vineyard end) at the top. After inheritance, each child was given a color to mark his inherited vineyards. Haart Johann got yellow-blue, Hair Reinhold
yellow-red and so on. Therefore, there are still yellow-blue piles on the borders of the parcels. The company is managed today by Gerd and Elfriede Haart. There are also apartments rented. The vineyards cover six hectares of vineyards in the individual layers canon
, Falkenberg, Goldtröpfchen
and podium (Piesport). They are almost exclusively planted with the Riesling (97%), as well as some Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Noir. Important quality criteria in the vineyard are selective harvest, reduced yields and healthy and highly ripe grapes. The wines are cooled and slowly fermented and then ripen in steel tanks. They are dry, fine-dry, fruit sweet and in weather-appropriate years also noble sweet expanded.
