Designation (also arable land, field mark, district) for those in agriculture and also in viniculture usable area. According to the shape, location and ownership structure, there are the landforms stripes (width and length ratio over 1: 5) and blocks, which can be in isolated areas (closed around the courtyard) or mixed lot. Stripes are often in several bath (Complex parallel, strip-like bundled plots) structured. Many corridors or parts of them outside of settlements are named with field names that have often been handed down over many centuries. In viticulture, these are often identical to the names for individual layers (Layers) or Rieden, or are derived from it. In Austria the vineyard corridor could be used as a geographical indication on label specified, but was deleted in the course of a wine law amendment.
