The estate is located in the commune of Baumgarten am Wagram (cadastral municipality of Großweikersdorf) in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Wagram, It has been family-owned since 1844. The company has been run by Helmut and Gabriele Mayer since 1990, with the support of his sons Stefan and Reinhard. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards, for example in the vineyards Bergthal and Draxelgraben. They are planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Muskateller, Roter Veltliner, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red varieties Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Cabernet Sauvignon.
