Winery in the area Eden Valley
(South Australia) was founded in 1979 by Wyndham Hill Smith (1909-1990). He was head of the Hill Smith family who owned the wine production empire Yalumba
heard. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards and are mainly planted with the varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The first wine was produced in 1981. The red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz partly matures in French barriques.
