Hindenburg

The white grape variety is a new breed between Rosa Menna di Vacca ( Parmak Cerven ) x Mathiasz Janosne, It was named after the German Reich President Paul von Beneckendorff and Hindenburg (1847-1934). The cross was made in Hungary in 1917 by the breeder Pál Kocsis. The variety is grown in Bulgaria and Hungary. Above all, it is considered table grape but also used for white wine.
