From the beginning of the 1990s, she dealt with the topics of wine and pleasure, health and wellness. For ten years she led the tastings of the journal "Wein Gourmet" and wrote as a freelance writer for Spiegel and Brigitte. She is the author of the books "Wine - A journey of discovery for connoisseurs" (together with Hubrecht Duijker
), "The ABC grape varieties" and "The ABC wine, 400 crystal clear answers to the most important questions", as well as the main author of the brochure "In bio veritas". Today, Dagmar Ehrlich works as a freelance publicist, organizes wine seminars with tasting trainings and organizes wine tours.
