Name (also everyday wine, wine consumption, drinking wine, beer, Zechwein) for a simple but flawless wine without special quality, which is usually intended for rapid drinking pleasure. The name has no meaning in terms of wine law. In most cases, this is understood to mean a wine poured out of a larger container. This can be a barrel, a tank or a carboy. Especially in rustic wine bars like Buschenschank and Winery this is usual. That's why such wines are also called open wines (open). The terms bulk wine (including bottling) and mass wine (in terms of quality) have at least partly similar meanings. The common name in Austria bulk wine has negative meaning.
