The vineyards cover ten hectares of own land in the Sierre and Côteaux Sierre appellations, and another 50 hectares are used to buy grapes from 120 contract growers. Under "Les Terroirs" are vinified their own domain wines and "Les Coups de Coeur" the top wines of the house.
