Imperial Count von Plettenberg

The origin goes back to the family Puricelli, who here already in the middle of the 15th century, among other things viticulture operated. In 1911, Friedrich Christian Reichsgraf von Plettenberg (1882-1972) married Elisabeth Puricelli. The vineyards cover 35 hectares of vineyards in the single layers rocky heads, Pastorei and Vogelsang (Bretzenheim), Brückes, Forest, Hinkelstein, Hofgarten, Kahlenberg, Chapel Path, Mollenbrunnen, Mönchberg. fool's cap, Osterhöll and St. Martin (Bad Kreuznach), Götzenfels (Norheim), mountain and Rosenheck (Winzenheim), as well Felsenberg and Kupferberg (Schlossboeckelheim). Two thirds of them are Riesling, the rest of them are Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Müller-Thurgau, Blauer Portugieser and Kerner.
