Invecchiamento

Italian term for aging. Invecchiamento minimo" means the minimum storage time, defined in months (ez. mese, mz. mesi) or years (anno, anni) as the default for DOC or DOCG. This is also done separately for the time in barrel (legno = wood) and bottle (bottiglia). If there is no specification, "0" is given. See also Italy in this regard.
