(1800-1866) the art of grading before he founded his own company. Today's owner is the family Chiquet. The vineyards cover 33 hectares, about 40% of them in prime locations in the communities Avize
, Dizy and Hautvilles. The product range includes, among other things, the brands "Brut Perfection" (70% dark grapes, 30% Chardonnay), "Dégorgement Tardif", "Signature" and the vintage champagne "Blanc de Blancs".
