Kalmit

Single location in the two municipalities of Arzheim and Ilbesheim near Landau (southern wine route area) in the German wine-growing region palatinate, The name is derived from the 270 m high Kleine Kalmit (mons calvus = bald mountain), which is located a few kilometers south of the Große Kalmit, the highest mountain in the Palatinate Forest at 673 m.
