The "Wein- & Sektkellerei Kirchmayr Weinerlebnis Kirchmayr GmbH&Co. KG" with its headquarters in the municipality of Weistrach in the west of Lower Austria was founded by Hans Kirchmayr. The business was then managed by the siblings Andreas and Christina Kirchmayr from 2001 onwards. After the death of Andreas Kichmayr in 2019, the farm was not continued. There were no vineyards of their own. The grapes came from long-term committed producers with a total of 140 hectares of vineyards from nine Austrian wine-growing regions in prime locations. These are Kamptal (Alte Point, Hund, Loibenberg, Stangl), Kremstal, Thermenregion, Traisental, Wachau (Frauenweingarten) and Weinviertel (Altenberg) in Lower Austria, as well as Mittelburgenland (Hochäcker), Neusiedlersee, Leithaberg and Eisenberg. The white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Traminer, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Chardonnay and Neuburger were processed to 75%, and the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Blauer Portugieser to a quarter.

After the harvest, the grapes were transported to Weistrach in refrigerated trucks and the wines were vinified in the Meierhofkeller of Seitenstetten Abbey, about ten kilometres away. After spontaneous fermentation, the wines were matured in large wooden barrels. The wines were produced in the three lines Juventus (young, light wines), Prinz (powerful Prädikat wines) and Solist (old wines matured in the bottle for 10 years or more). These also included various Rieslings and Grüner Veltliners Kamptal DAC, Kremstal D AC and Traisental DAC. The product range was rounded off by the bottle-fermented sparkling wines "Die Erfüllung" (Grüner Veltliner with Klimt label), "Abteisekt" (GV) and Rieslingsekt. In addition, fruit sparkling wines (apples, pears) were also produced. There was also a vinotheque in Weistrach with wines dating back to 1971.
