(Oppenheim) and Himmeltal (Guntersblum). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner, Chardonnay, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Gewürztraminer, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Portuguese, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir. It is consistently close to nature, environmentally friendly viticulture. Most of the wines are aged dry in small wooden barrels. Sparkling wines are also produced.
